Hiroko Kaneko
Classical Ballet Instructor
Hiroko is a professionally trained ballet teacher and performing artist at Jiayin MasterClass, bringing international experience from Japan, Australia, and Mongolia to her teaching and coaching.
Hiroko began her ballet training at the age of three in Tokyo, Japan, before relocating to Melbourne to undertake full-time professional training at the Australian Conservatoire of Ballet. She successfully completed both her Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Dance, building a strong foundation in classical ballet and performance.
Following her graduation, Hiroko was offered a contract with the Tokyo Komaki Ballet, where she earned Third Place at the prestigious ZAMA All Japan Ballet Competition. She later danced with the Mongolian State Academic Theatre Opera and Ballet, gaining extensive experience performing a broad range of classical ballet repertoire on an international stage.
Now an active freelance dancer and educator in both Japan and Australia, Hiroko continues to perform while sharing her professional insight with the next generation of dancers. From 2023 to 2025, she has been a featured artist with Dancebourne Arts, performing in productions including The Fairy Doll – Triple Bill Metro Tour, Five Elements, Dreams or Reality, and multiple metropolitan and regional tours. Her upcoming performances include Five Elements: Sip & See at Cardinia Cultural Centre and Dancebourne Arts’ 10th Anniversary Gala – A Decade of Dance in 2025.
At Jiayin MasterClass, Hiroko combines current professional performance practice with disciplined classical training, offering students technically informed, artistically rich, and inspiring ballet education.
